    12 oz. Tyson grilled chicken strips
    4 cups broccoli florets
    1/2 medium green bell pepper
    1/2 medium red bell pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    10 baby carrots
    3 medium stalks celery
    1/2 cup fresh mushroom slices
    3 Tbsp Lime juice
    3 Tbsp honey
    6 Tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Canola oil
    1 Tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp garlic powder


1. Chop all vegetables into bite-size pieces
2. Heat oil in wok
3. Add broccoli, carrots, and celery to wok. Mix in curry powder, ginger, and garlic powder
4. Stir-fry for 5-6 mins until crisp-tender
5. Add peppers, onion and mushrooms
6. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes more
7. Add lime juice, honey, soy sauce and cornstarch, stir well
8. Add chicken, stir-fry for 3-4 more minutes until chicken is heated through.
Serve over rice (not included in nutritional calculation)
