    1 egg
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. nutmeg


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg, Stir in milk, pumpkin, raisins and butter. Stir in remaining ingredients all at one time, just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy) Fill 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle with sugar if desired. Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
