    1 lb. hamburger extra lean
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    3 C Rice
    1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
    1 Green Pepper Diced
    3/4 C Soy Sauce low sodium
    2 Onions, choppes, Medium
    1 C Celery chopped
    6 C Water
    1 Can Bean Sprouts drained
    1 Can Water Chestnuts drained
    1 Package Chow Mein Noodles


Brown and drain Hamburger.
Mix aall but last 3 ing. in baking dish.
Bake 30 min at 350 - 375 depending on your oven temp.
Cover with Bean Sprouts and Water Chestnuts. Top with Chow Mein Noodles and bake 30 mor minutes.

  • We will try this one for dinner. Going to switch out Fat Free cream soup (celery) for the mushroom. It sounds like a dish I made many years ago when my children were small. - 2/6/09
