    3-4 Small Potatoes
    3 Carrots, cut into 2 inch chunks
    1/3 cup Promise Fat Free margarine
    1/3 cup skim milk
    salt and pepper to taste


Fill a large pot with water. Clean potatoes and carrots, I personally do not peel either, but that is a personal choice. Boil both until fully cooked. Drain water, add milk and butter and mash. Add seasonings to taste.
