Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef, lean
    1 pk Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)
    1 can Beans, Kidney beans or black beans
    1 can Yellow Sweet Corn
    1 can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    1 pk Cornbread mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.
Cook ground beef and taco seasoning according to package directions. In a bowl mix beef, beans, corn, tomatoes and cheese. Pour into a casserole dish, spreading out evenly.
Prepare cornbread mix according to directions and pour over beef mixture. Bake for 25 min or until cornbread is golden.
Serves 8
