    *Venison, ground, 8 oz (remove)
    Ground Pork, 16 oz (remove)
    Salsa, .3 cup (remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, .5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Garlic Powder


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for approx 1 hour (start checking at 45 min). Serve with a bit of mozzarella cheese and extra salsa if desired (not included in nutritional totals). Other veggies are good to add in as well (green pepper, carrot, etc.)

  • For my health issues I would sub the eggs for egg beaters, omit the salt. This makes GREAT meatballs too!! For shorter cooking time, we always divide meatloaf mixture into muffin tins, gives you your own individual loaves,, Good way to measure your portions, no distortion! - 2/6/09
