    1lb of Extra lean ground beef(this package had just over a lb)
    1 can of red or white kidney beans
    1 can of chick peas
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    1 meadium onion chopped
    .5 cup of chopped celery
    .5 cup chopped green peppers
    .25 cup chopped mushrooms
    .5 tbsp of chilli powder
    1 tsp pepper


chop veggies
brown lean ground beef drain.
place all ingredients in pot and cook on med/low heat for 35 minutes stirring occasionally. Can place all items in a slow cooker on high for 3.5 hours or low for 7 hours.
