    Ground beef, lean, 500 grams
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 60 grams
    Canned Tomatoes, 600 grams
    Water, tap, 0.75 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp


Combine meatball ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in pan, turning to brown evenly.

Mix Sauce ingredients add to meatballs, simmer for 20 minutes.

Take meatballs from pan, arrange in dish, pour sauce over meatballs.

Serve with cooked pasta.
