    Chicken Breast, no skin, 500 grams Cubed
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2") Grated,
    Chicken Broth, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cream Cheese, 2 tbsp
    250g pasta, shells or spirals work
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
    Lemon Peel, 3 tbsp grated


heat oil in pan, add garlic & chicken saute for 1 minute.
add peas and carrot and saute for another minute.
remove from pan.
add broth and cream cheese simmer over medium heat till cheese melts, stirring constantly with a wisk.
Stir in chicken mixture, cooked pasta, lemon grind and parmesan cheese. cook for a futher 1 5 minutes and serve.
