    3 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    5 large bananas
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 large eggs
    2/3 cup margarine, melted and cooled


1. Heat oven to 350'. Line 24 muffin tins with paper liners.

2. Beat together bananas, sugar, eggs and cooled margarine.

3. Combine dry ingredients.

4. Fold flour mixture into banana mixture.

5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Makes 36 medium muffins.
