    1/2 pound lean ground beef
    1 tbsp dried minced onion
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    2 cups chopped fresh spinach (or whole baby spinach)
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan)


Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Add beef and onion; cook until meat begins to brown.
Add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Cook until meat is no longer pink.
Stir spinach into meat mixture; push to one side of pan.
Reduce heat to medium-low.
Beat eggs with milk and pour into other side of pan.
Cook without stirring 1-2 minutes until eggs begin to set on bottom.
Lift eggs to allow uncooked portion flow underneath.
Repeat until eggs are softly set (more or less).
Stir into meat mixture and heat through.
Stir into cheese.
