Ingredients

    20 asparagus stalks
    1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp. coarse sea salt
    1/2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, to serve

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degerees F.
Choose asparagus stalks of similar widths.
Trim the base of the stalks so that all the stems are approx. the same length.
Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes, turning once.

Sprinkle with Parmesan to serve.
