    7oz Barilla PLUS Multigrain Pasta Elbows
    3/4 of a 16oz jar of Fat Free Miracle Whip
    1 can salt-free peas
    5oz of Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese*
    12oz Tuna (Optional. Not in nutritional calculations)


1.) Boil a large pot of water. Add in 7oz of elbow noodles and boil until soft (7-8 minutes or so).
2.) Drain the water from the noodles and place the noodles in a large bowl.
3.) Put a full can of cold drained peas in with the noodles.
4.) Cut 5oz of Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese* into small cubes and add into noodles and peas.
5.) Put 3/4 of a jar Fat Free Miracle Whip on top of everything. Mix thoroughly together.
6.) OPTIONAL: Mix in 12oz tuna for more texture and protein.

This should make one large bowl, enough for 4-6 people. One serving equals approximately 1 cup.

*(if you want to save some calories, use Fat Free...)
