    Chicken Breast, no skin, 100 grams
    Carrots, 120 grams
    Zucchini, 100 grams
    Broccoli, fresh, 42 grams
    Green Beans (snap), 35 grams
    Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Honey, 5 grams
    Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields
    Garlic, 1 tsp


Prepare rice as per packet.

Put honey, garlic and lemon juice in bowl with the raw chicken to marinate for 20 mins.

Put chicken in steamer for 10 mins, then turn. Add diced carrots, then follow with the other vegies. Once vegies are cooked to taste, remove from steamer. Mix Vegies and rice together and serve chicken on top.
