    500 gram carton egg beaters
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    onion powder to taste


Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into muffin tin approx. 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
