    1tsp extra virgin olive iol
    1 medium onion
    400g can chopped tomatoes
    2 tsp dried basil
    4 tsp soy sauce
    black pepper
    2 tsp cider vinegar


Fry onion in the oil until soft, for about 4-5 minutes
Add other ingredients to the pan and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occassionally until reduced to thick consistency.
