Number of Servings: 6


    4 cups water
    2 boullion cubes chicken flavored
    1 small can mushrooms not drained
    3 ounces dark meat chicken without skin
    1 can cream of chicken soup 98% fat free
    1 cup cut up carrots
    4 tablespoons onion
    2 sheets of pre made dumplings thin type
    salt and pepper to taste


In a large pot, place water, boullion cubes, and the raw chicken; bring to boil, cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is done. Turn to medium low heat add the onions, mushrooms; cook for about 5 minutes. Turn the heat down to simmer add the carrots and simmer for about 30 minutes. Bring the soup to a boil add the dumplings breaking them up to your specified consistancy, stirring with a fork as not to stick together. Return heat to medium low and add can of cream of chicken soup, bring to a boil, stirring contstantly and simmer for 20 minutes.
