Ingredients

    12 oz. Ground Turkey
    1 Poblano Chile cut into strips
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    8 La Tortilla Garlic & Herb Tortillas
    1 Avocado
    2 cups tomato
    2 cups salad mix
    1/2 cup Mozzarella
    16 Tbsp salsa


Directions

1. Saute chopped onion and poblano chile for 5 minutes. Add ground turkey and garlic and cook until ground turkey is well done.

2. Prepare condiments for tacos including avocado, tomato, lettuce mix, salsa.

3. Prepare tacos using 1 tortilla, turkey meat, 1/4 cup tomato, 1/4 cup salad mix, 2 Tbsp salsa and 1 Tbsp mozzarella per taco.

Serving size is 2 tacos.
