    8 ounces whole-wheat spaghetti
    1 pound broccoli raab, tick stems discarded, cut into 2 in. pieces.
    .5 Tbsp olive oil
    4 cloves garlic
    .25 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    2 teaspoons capers, rinsed and chopped
    12 medierranean olives, pitted and chopped
    1 6oz can of tuna OR 1 5 oz packet of Starkist Creations
    black pepper
    1.5 ounces parmesan


Cook spaghetti in pot of boiling water for about 9 minutes or until almost done. Add the broccoli raab, cover, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain.

Meanwhile, heat oil and garlic. Add red pepper flakes and tomatoes; bring to simmer. Toss in capers, olives, and tuna; season with black pepper. Simmer 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Mix and serve.
