Introduction

Ingredients

    2 large cucumbers, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    2 yellow peppers, chopped
    1 cup pimentos, sliced
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, diced
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Slice cucumbers and yellow peppers in bite size pieces.

Combine first six ingredients into large bowl and set aside.

Combine last five ingredients and wisk together until well blended.

Pour over vegetables and chill overnight.
