Introduction

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
Directions
Sift flour and cardamom together. Add powdered sugar and corn starch to flour and mix well. Cream softened butter until fluffy. Add flour mixture until well blended. Chill dough.
Shape dough into small balls, approx 3/4", and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with a fork dipped in flour.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cool on a rack.
Approx 4 dozen
