    Base (also works as a gluten free pizza base)
    2 cups uncooked Brown Rice
    1 Egg
    1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

    1.5 cups refried beans
    1 1/2 cups salsa
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    6 green onions, chopped
    2 fresh tomatoes, diced
    sour cream and/or sals if desired


Cook Rice according to package directions. Once cooked, combing rice with egg & cheese. Using wet hands, press rice mixture into greased pizza pan. Bake @ 350 for 40 min.

Combine refried beans and salsa and spread on cooked rice base. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake @ 350 for about 20 minutes until cheese melts and pie is heated through.

Serve slices topped with green onion and tomato. Garnish with sour cream and/or salsa if desired.
