    1.5 lbs fresh asparagus, sliced
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 lb. soba noodles
    2 T. soy sauce
    1 T. sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 T. cornstarch


Cook soba according to package directions. Mix with sesame oil & then make 6 individual 'pillows' of noodles on baking sheets sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.

Stir-fry shrimp, asparagus and garlic in vegetable oil. Stir in cornstarch and soy sauce.

Spoon shrimp & asparagus over pillows and serve.

Makes 6 servings.
