Number of Servings: 10


    - 24 oz lean ground beef
    - 1 cup chopped onion
    - 2 cloves of garlic
    - 1 can of roteli tomatoes with green chilis
    - 1 jar of prego spaghetti sauce
    - 2 10 oz cans of beef broth
    - 2 cups of water
    - 2 (16 oz) bags of mixed frozen veggies or more if you like it thicker. Sometimes I use as much as 2 (32 oz bags)


Use 8 quart dutch oven

Brown beef, onion and garlic in dutch oven until no longer pink. Salt & Pepper to taste. Drain fat.

Add: Tomatoes, Spaghetti Sauce, Beef Broth, and water. Cook for about 1/2 an hour.

Add frozen veggies and cook until veggies and soup are hot through.

One of those recipes that's even better the next day.
