    Lundberg Wild Blen, 1 cup
    Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 3 pieces diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 3 cup
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, diced


sautee bacon onions and carrots until bacon is crisp and vegies are soft, add rice and sautee 3 mins more. Add mushrooms and stock, cover and cook until rice is tender, about 30 mins
