We had the same problem as the previous poster. They tasted ok, but caved in and had to be eaten with a fork. - 1/23/12

I swear I followed this to a T but the muffins caved in the middle. Taste was OK (little too sweet for me) but I had to dig a bite out with a fork. Also, made much more than 24 minis. Sorry. I do bake frequently so it was a surprise. Maybe there is an ingredient missing or something? - 11/14/09
