Just a quick and low calorie scrambled egg recipe. Just a quick and low calorie scrambled egg recipe.

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz
    Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


Melt butter in pan. When pan is hot add shallots. Brown shallots... add egg whites, mix around quickly, throw in cheese, mix mix mix... when ready add salt and pepper and enjoy.
