Number of Servings: 8


    1 Pot of cold water
    4 tbsp Garlic powder
    4 tbsp Onion powder
    8 russet potatoes (med.)
    1/2 cup Fat free half and half,
    3 tsp. Salt Balance,


makes 8 1-cup servings.

Peel your potatoes and cut into large chunks, Rinse & place into pot of cold water.
Add garlic powder, onion powder & salt to water in pot.
Cook until potatoes soften enough to mash.
Drain water and place potatoes in bowl.
Add half & half and mix with electric mixer until fluffy.
You could add some butter if you like, but it is not necessary with the seasonings added while cooking.
