    1 package boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup salsa
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 can refried or black beans
    brown rice


Combine all ingredients through taco seasoning in crock pot. Cook on low for approximately six hours or until chicken shreds easily with a fork.

Prepare brown rice according to instructions. Heat black beans or refried beans.

When chicken is done, combine all ingredients in crock pot and serve or serve beans, rice and shredded chicken mixture separately. Can add shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, etc. according to taste. Also very good on tortillas.
