    1 C Sweet Potatoes, cubed
    1 C Potato, raw,cubed
    1/4 C Skim Milk
    1/2 T Unsalted Butter
    Ground Cinnamon, to taste
    .5 T Unsweetened Cocoa powder
    Hot Pepper Sauce, to taste
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste
    Chicken stock (optional, as needed)


- Peel and cube potatoes (the smaller the cube, the quicker the cook time!) and add to a pot of cold water. Cover and bring to a boil; cook until cubes begin to break apart when pierced with a knife.
- Drain potatoes and add back to hot pot to get off extra water.
- Add milk and butter, and mash to desired consistency (may need more milk or stock if smoother/creamier consistency is desired)
- Add cinnamon, cocoa, hot sauce, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Enjoy!
