    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    3 cups diced potatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup dark soy sauce
    1/4 cup light soy sauce
    4 cloves of garlic, minced


Heat olive oil in wok/pan. Add minced garlic to hot oil. Add ground beef once garlic starts to turn a golden brown color.
Once ground beef has been cooked, add diced potatoes and soy sauce.
Simmer and cover with lid. Stir occassionally until potatoes are cooked all the way through.
