Ingredients

    4 cups romaine lettace, chopped
    1 cup bean sprouts
    .5 cup cucumber, chopped
    2 tbsp mint and basil, fresh and chopped
    8 oz. pork chops, grilled and chopped
    .75 cup rice noodles
    5 tbsp oil and vinegar mixture

Directions

Grill or bake the pork until done (40 minutes). Chop and mix with the other salad ingredients. Cook rice noodles (6-8 minutes). Mix the oil and vinegar with cooked noodles and toss noodles with salad and pork.
