Ingredients

    1 cup of rice
    1 large carrot (fine batons)
    2 cloves of garlic chopped
    2 scallions chopped
    6 oz pork tender loin cut very small
    2 tbsp light soy sauce (low sodium)
    1 1/2 tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp ajinomoto (optional for for more flavor)




Directions

In a non-stick saucepan put rice and add 1 1/2 cup of water, bring to a boil and then reduce the heat at medium low until the water reduce and rice is soft .(for better results cook the rice a day before).
Heat the wok add the oil, and try to cover the inside of the wok with the oil.Start adding pork stir fry 3-4 together with the vegetables , add rice keep stir frying 2 more minutes then add soy sauce and ajjinomoto .
