Ingredients

    1 1/2 C Water 80 degrees
    1 T Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    3 1/2 C Bread
    1 T Yeast

Directions

Add wet ingredients to a bread machine.
Add: Salt, Flour, Yeast (in this order) to bread machine.
Set machine for dough.
Remove to greased dough. Cover, set in a warm place. Allow to rise for 1 hour.
Divide into two sections. Roll each into a rectange -- about 12 x 18 inches. Roll in to a bread shape.
Let rise a second time.
Slice 3 diagonal stripes in each loaf top. Brush with egg wash
Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
