Introduction

Healthy full of veggies, fiber and protien. It tastes like a cream soup without the cream. Healthy full of veggies, fiber and protien. It tastes like a cream soup without the cream.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cup frozen cauliflower
    1 cup squash
    1 can of chicken broth
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    one medium onion
    1/2 cup celery
    1 medium carrot

Directions

Sautee onion, carrot, and celery in olive oil.
Rinse the chick peas in water.
Add veggies, chick peas to a pot with cauliflower, squash, 4 oz fat free turkey, and chicken broth. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Puree in blender.

    it's not that it doesn't sound like it might be good... it's just not a very clear recipe. Are the chick peas and turkey included in the nutrition info even though they are not listed in the ingredients? How much "chick pea" - 2/20/09
