Number of Servings: 4


    8 oz Turkey Ham, cubed
    2 carrots, diced
    1 cup mushrooms, pieces or slices
    12 spears asparagus
    1/4 large yellow onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp Thyme, ground
    1 tbsp red pepper flakes (if desires)

    3 tbsp French's Spicy Brown Mustard
    1 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar

    8 oz Pasta, Barilla Cellentani


Boil water for pasta.
Chop all vegetables and ham and saute in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until ham is warm and carrots are getting tender. Add thyme and red pepper flakes.
Drop pasta and continue to saute other ingredients.
In a small bowl mix mustard, vinegar, and 2 tbsp water to make a dressing.
Drain cooked pasta and toss with dressing (stand back it will make your eyes burn), then toss in vegetables and ham.
