Introduction

Ingredients

5 Links Honeysuckle white Sweet Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
2 cups Kale stems removed and finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped white onion
2 medium turnips, diced
1 can evaporated fat free milk
2 cups fat free chicken broth
2 cups water
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
Remove meat from casings. Brown meat in large dutch oven with garlic and onion. Drain any fat from pan. Add turnips, broth and water. Simmer for 15 minutes or until turnips are tender. Add kale, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Simmer until kale wilts. Serve.
