    2 ripe avocados, peeled
    2-3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
    1 tblsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    1-2 tsp lime juice
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 c. reduced fat or fat free sour cream
    1 tsp salt or to taste
    1 tsp ground black pepper, or to taste


If you want it slightly chunky, mix with a fork. If you want it smooth- process garlic and onion in blender, add rest. Blend to desired consistency.
Store in air-tight container w/plastic on guac to keep from turning brown as fast.
