Ingredients



    * Sunflower Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato (remove)
    * red chili powder, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * coriander powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Hot Chili Peppers, .3 pepper (remove)
    * Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Water, bottled, .5 serving (remove)
    Mango Powder

Directions

chop potatoes and capsicum(bell pepper) into small pieces, fry them in 1 tbsp oil separately
set aside

now fry onion in the last 1 tbsp oil for sometimes till colour changes, add tomato and all spices. add little water, cover n cook till tomatoes are cooked

now add the potatoes and capsicum to this cover so all the flavours get mixed. once properly cooked, add mango powder and garnish with corriander leaves
