Ingredients

    1lb ground venison
    1 cup canned kidney beans
    3/4 cup onion
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup oats
    1/4 cup canned or fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    splash of worchestirshire sauce
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions

Mash beans mix with egg whites, chopped onions, oats and chopped mushrooms. Stir in venison and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. put in seasonings and shape into a loaf pan. Pour the ketchup on top and bake covered for 35 min at 350. Uncover and bake 5-10 more min
