Ingredients

    1tbls of Olive Oil
    1/2 Yellow Onion Chopped
    2 Mild Italian Sausage Links Sliced
    4 Medium Potatos Cut into 2" squares
    1/2 Head Of Green Cabbage.

Directions

Prepare a medium skillet with 1 tbls of olive oil. Add the 1/2 chopped onion and 2 sliced sausage links. Saute over medium heat till the onions golden. Chop up the 4 Medium potatos into 2" peices adding them to a large pot. Cut the 1/2 head of Cabbage in to 4 equal peices adding them to the Pot. Add enough water to cover the cabbage and potatos a 1". Pour the onions and sausage in a strainer rinseing them with hot water to remove the excess fat. Add the onion and meat to the cabbage and potatos. Boil the Mix till the potatos are soft "about 30 mins". Let cool for 5mins. Salt pepper to taste, and enjoy.
