    3 STALKS CELERY
    1 SMALL ONION
    1 INCH SQUARE FRESH GINGER GRATED
    1 TBL CORN STARCH
    2 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
    1 CUP CHARDONAY
    2 TBL SESAME OIL
    SPINKLE OF SOUR SALT

Directions

CUBE TOFU AND FRY IN SESAME OIL HEN SET ASIDE
ADD VEGGIES TO HOT PAN TIL WILTED
THEN ADD SOUR SALT, LIQUIDS AND CORNSTARCH DISOLVED IN 1 CUP WATER
SIMMER AND ADD TOFU
SERVE HOT
