    *London Broil, 40 oz (remove)
    *Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 1.75 tbsp (remove)
    *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.25 cup (remove)
    *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 113 grams (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 113 grams (remove)
    Beef bouillon, 1 portion, amount of dry mix to make (remove)


Add all ingredients except for cream cheese. Cook on low for 5-6 hrs, add cream cheese, heat, and serve. Serve with whole wheat noodles.
