    Buffalo Meat, 450 grams
    Red Wine, 9 fl oz (
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Black Olives, 16 small
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 tomato
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp
    salt and pepper
    herbs to taste


Chop onions and garlic and pan fry in oil until soft. Add meat and brown. Peel, deseed and roughly chop tomatoes and add to pan with remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, then transfer to slow cooker and cook on medium 4-8 hours.
