Subsitute honey for white sugar and add frozen corn Subsitute honey for white sugar and add frozen corn

Ingredients

    Yellow corn meal
    1 whole egg
    1 cup non-fat milk
    1/4-1/3 c honey
    flour
    frozen corn
    canola or vegetable oil
    baking powder
    salt


Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased pans or muffin tins. Will make 30 individual muffins.
