Ingredients

    1c. steel cut oats
    3-4 c. water
    1/2-1 tsp of cinnamon
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 apple
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 c. bananas
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Spray crock pot. Put first 7 ingredients, cook on low. If cooking 8 hrs or longer use full 4 cups of water. Just before serving mix in bananas and walnuts. Serves 4-5 people

    This was very good, but my crockpot cooked it too quickly and I had to add more water. Also, I didn't use the banana, personal preference. Thanks for sharing TMCGURRAN! - 4/19/10
