    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded

    American Cheese, .5 cup, shredded

    *Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 0.5 cup

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips

    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed)

    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped

    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped

    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped


Chop all ingredients into medium size bowl, toss and serve. Do not add dressing. The cottage cheese mixes well with the salad.
