    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 lb lean ground turkey or all ground turkey with 1 t. low sodium beef boullion
    3/4 C chopped onion
    2 C frozen green beans
    1 15oz can chopped tomatoes (with juice)
    1 small can mushrooms (drained)
    1 C frozen peas
    1 1/2 t montreal steak seasoning
    2 C dry potato flakes
    1/2 C reduced sour cream
    1/2 C 1% milk
    2 T light margarine
    2 1/3 C water
    1/2 C 2% shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 425.
Brown ground beef, ground turkey, onion and green beans in skillet until meat is no longer pink. Rinse in colander and return to skillet.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, peas and steak seasoning .
Meanwhile, mix sour cream, milk, water and margarine and cook in microwave for about 21/2-31/2 minutes. Stir and add potatoes. Continue to stir until thickens and stir in cheese.
Spread meat mixture into a 13x9 casserole and spread potatoes over the top. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until it bubbles and browns slightly on top. Enjoy!
