    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup (remove)
    * rapadura, 12 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Lemon Peel, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)
    * *Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1.0 cup, unthawed (remove)


In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In another bowl, combine the yogurt, egg and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
