    12 medium potatoes - peeled and cut into small cubes
    2 cups of HOT water to pressure cook in and use for broth
    4 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in the HOT water
    4 stalks of celery - diced/chopped
    24 baby carrots - diced/chopped
    2 small/medium onions - diced/chopped
    2 tsp parsley flakes or fresh chopped
    6 TBSP REAL bacon bits
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    3 cups skim milk
    2 TBSP white flour
    8 oz Velvetta Cheese, cubed


Pressure cook potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, bacon and parsley all together using the broth created with the bouillon to pressure cook in.

After the cooker oscillates, cook for 10 minutes (@15 lbs).

In a stock pot/pan - combine the contents of the pressure cooker, milk and flour. Heat until starts to thicken, then add cheese. Melt the cheese, thoroughly, into the soup. Mix well and serve hot.
